While I was driven again to go to mall to look for an alternative face powder, I landed to The Face Shop. Amazed by the clean ambiance they’ve got, I excitedly cracked inside. An accommodating saleslady immediately approaches me and I was thankful, since I was a newbie in the quarter. I told her that I’m looking for a nice and mild powder to sooth my oily skin. I’ve always had oily and sensitive skin that is why the only thing I could use is Johnson’s baby powder. Too bad I could not indulge to other kikay stuff – concealer, foundation, and the like. But lucky me, ‘coz I was blessed with fairly good skin ^^.
The nice lady then handed me several items to try but instantly I turned her down as to what I have mentioned – sensitive skin! Still she insisted and gave me a trial at the back of my palm which according to her is their bestselling loose powder. Mused by the package and smell, I thought I might as well give it a shot.
It was actually a great buy, now that I’ve been using it for 4 months now. Surprisingly, my skin did not break out! The minute glittery sparkle is soooooh cute giving you a very nice glow. The smell is really something to be crazed about – very powdery, flowery and girly. It provides luminosity on your skin due to its very fine particles. But it only lasts for just couple of hours to me since I’m not really into foundation. But if you would want to try it during night out, I suggest that you put on first a fine foundation to make it last longer.
