BANANA PEANUT BUTTER OVERNIGHT OATS WITH CINNAMON TOPPED WITH PEAR AND ALMONDS DRIZZLED WITH HONEY

Here’s another entry for the Overnight Oats category.

I’ve discovered an exciting overnight oats recipe which I will be sharing with you. And though I haven’t had enough of my banana cocoa, I just couldn’t let this slip without trying.
There will be two main ingredients for this to work – peanut butter and cinnamon! I am not really a fan of peanut butter with the exception of course of Reese’s but amazingly it works quite great with cinnamon. This is so much identical with apple pie, only it has more texture because of the fruits and nuts on top. If you want to give your usual spread a different kind of thrill, then this is going to be the perfect recipe to try

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups non-fat milk
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 banana
  • pear or apple
  • almonds
  • 1 tsp honey
Steps:
  1. Combine oats, milk, cinnamon and peanut butter (base)
  2. Mash banana and combine it to your base
  3. Chill overnight
  4. On the following day, top it with pear or apple, almonds
  5. Drizzle with honey

** serve cold, enjoy! **
